See a historic brewery on Ærø from the end of the 19th century. We tell you about the history of the buildings - and the upheavals in the operations leading up to beer production at Ærø Bryggeri today.

Almost daily wort is produced for the fermentation tanks and the history of Ærø beer is a story of quality and craftsmanship. There will be tastings of several of our special beers along the way. The palette of flavors spreads over a few dozen lager and ales - therein lies a conventional as well as organic series.

We will tell the story of who we are, what modern beer and beer brewing are, who Ærø brewery sells to and a little about how you as a professional beer taster can evaluate a beer you see and taste for the first time. It will be possible to buy our beer in the brewery shop - as they say on Ærø “Tag arreøl'n mæ a 'ø'n”.
